Refund Policy
No refund will be granted for premature termination or withdrawal by the client on his own account.
In the event of termination of the Investment Advisory (“IA”) agreement prior to expiry of the term on account of default of the Investment Advisor, refund will be determined in accordance with the provisions of the termination clause in the IA agreement.
